Our goal is to make a web site, together with you, that works! Our server is Debian linux based using the Apache web server program and with redundant high speed connections (100Mb connections with multiple carriers), uninterruptable power supplies, daily backup etc. and more importantly boasts a 99.8% uptime.

As we mentioned before we are a Webdesign company that offers web hosting services for its clients. For this purpose we have secured web server space for ourselves and our clients with a professional hosting company rather then setting up our own server. The advantage of letting us do the hosting for you is that we set-up and configure any services for you. Possible configuration options [+/-] Setting up mailboxes (we reserve up to 100mb of space for you for this purpose) Creating e-mail aliases, this is a system where mail directed to your domain is either stored and accessible from your mailbox(es) or re-routed to an existing e-mail address allowing you to retrieve e-mail from existing accounts without any changes. Or to take advantage of the advanced anti-spam facilities of some of the "megamail" companies like Google or Yahoo while still using your own me@myindentity.com address. Web based e-mail access, besides the usual pop3/smtp/imap, allowing you to retrieve e-mail either from your e-mail program or through the web. Creation of password protected directories when necessary. Setting up anonymous ftp access for file transfer purposes Configuration of your own jabber messenger service. Access to your log files, in order to view the traffic to your site and lots of related info. Etc. etc. If you decide to rent your own web server space we will help you with advice and tips but we will have to charge you something for our time if and when we need to set-up and configure things for you. E-mail: Web-mail access can be found at. http://webmail.youridentity.com The link underneath the login screen gives access to various options like space available and used, changing passwords, settings for old-emails. This is a special compressed folder where older, less often accessed e-mail can be stored saving you considerable space, from where they can be accessed using your old-message folder. Here you can also find the information for setting up your e-mail program. The options after you login to your account allow you to set language and look amongst many other things. Let us know if you would like us to change the login logo.  News for our existing clients 

Security 25/03/2005 On the 29th of march 2005, PHP´s allow_url_fopen option will be disabled on our server, this will further increase the hurdle hackers need to take in order to execute arbitrary code on your site. We have scanned all the older code that might use this option, and made changes wherever necessary, but please let us know ASAP if you experience any problems. Nobody is perfect and we might have missed a link. Security 07/03/2005 Mod_security has been installed and implemented on our server. Many common attacks that can compromise your website will be blocked by this. We have checked all code on all your sites and we expect no noticible difference or compatibility problems.
